Q:  What type of program is this?

A:  This program combines a unique blend of resistance training with both free weights and equipment, and a well balanced nutrition program designed to quickly shed excess body fat while sculpting the body, adding lean muscle mass and strength naturally, without the use of supplementation.

Q:  Is this program affordable?  Do I have to sign any contracts?

A:  Our rates are very competitive.  We offer partner training which is almost half the cost of individual training sessions.  We also offer discounts up to 15% for prepayment.  There are no contracts and you may pay as you go.

Q:  Will women become "bulky" by working out with heavier weights?

A:  No.  In fact, its quite the opposite.  Not only will you be burning that excess body fat, but your physique will become sculpted and reshaped.  Diet alone will not reshape the body.  Only resistance training combined with proper eating will produce a lean, sculpted body.

Q:  What about cardiovascular exercise?

A:  You may be both amazed and relieved to know that cardio is not a part of this program.  Yes, you heard right.  You can get amazing results by just following a sensible eating plan and an effective weight training routine.  Cardiovascular activities are supplemental for burning extra calories, but ineffective at reshaping the body.  The proper combination of healthy eating, resistance training, sensible cardio, and consistency is the winning combination.

Q:  Is this "all natural" nutrition plan basically a diet?

A:  Absolutely not!  This is by far the best way to eat if you are serious about seeing real results.  Eating properly and working out should become a way of life.  Diets don't work!  Just as you can go on a diet, you can also come off a diet!

Q:  Do I have to take supplements?

A:  No!  Don't waste your money and become another victim of this multibillion dollar marketing scheme.

Q:  How long will it take before I start to see results?

A:  This really depends on your dedication to the program.  Nutrition accounts for AT LEAST 80% of the results you will see.  Consistency is also an extremely important factor.  Clients typically start seeing results within the first week.  Keep in mind that this is a crucial time because you are setting the foundation for even better results.  With the right combination of good eating and training, the sky is the limit!

Q:  How many times per week and how long should I work out?

A:  Its our recommendation that you train 3 times per week, for best results.  Session times should be about an hour.  Remember, consistency is the key ingredient to reaching your goals.

Q:  Does age and/or genetics play an important factor in seeing results?

A:  No.  Consistency does.  One of the best things about weight training, is that you get better and better results over time.  No matter what age or genetics you were or were not blessed with, your body will change dramatically with consistency.

Q:  Is this program just for women?

A:  Absolutely not!  This program was designed so that both men and women can achieve incredible results!

Q:  How is this program different from others?

A:  From the very beginning, you will receive our unparalleled knowledge of proper resistance training techniques that will maximize your training time.  You will also learn how proper nutrition can dramatically increase your results.  This literally will shave years off your quest toward the ultimate physique.  You will have constant one-on-one coaching and support throughout your entire physique transformation journey.
